Returns

Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Send pieces back unworn, with their tags on, and we’ll refund you in full.

How to return something

1. Pack the pieces unworn and unwashed, with their tags still attached.
2. Stick on the prepaid returns label from your parcel. If you’ve lost it, email us and we’ll send another.
3. Drop the parcel at any Post Office or parcel locker, and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return reaching us, and email you when it’s done. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap a size or colour is to return the piece and place a new order. That way the size you want isn’t sold out while your return travels back to us.

Pieces with extra conditions

• Earrings can be returned only unworn and in their sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons.
• Briefs can be returned only unworn, with the hygiene liner in place.
• Fragrance can be returned only unopened, with the cellophane intact.

If something is faulty

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, email a photo to hello@deneanddune.co.uk. We’ll arrange a free collection and send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
